Using HOT FILLER is the oldest most traditional method for filling and repairing cracks and crevices in stone surfaces, in particular for marble. This product is completely made by natural resins and mineral fillers and therefore is highly ecological, keeping the beauty of stone work intact.
Allows for fast and direct application; long lasting in interior and exterior applications. Rapidly solidifies and, thanks to balanced plasticity, adapts perfectly to the stone’s morphology. Features excellent adhesion.
HOT FILLER is available in various colours, to match the different colours of the stones.
Indications: Ideal for application in cracks and on difficult-to-work surfaces: statues, fireplace mantels, corners, old terrazzo pavements, etc.
How to use: Clean carefully the surface to be treated, ideally by using an air gun. Apply HOT FILLER to the edge of the crack or area to be repair by using a resistance welder. Melt a piece of HOT FILLER and push it into the crack.
Wait 5-10 minutes the HOT FILLER to solidifies, then remove surface excess with a clean, sharpened putty knife. The surface can be polished with a normal felt pad.
